Getting Started

  • Request Storage: Submit a request through the Service Portal for the tier that fits your needs.
  • Set Up Access: You’ll be added via your campus account (AD/LDAP). Access will typically be available within 2 business days.
  • Store & Share: Connect using your preferred method (network drive, SFTP, S3, or portal) and start saving your files.
  • Manage Access: Use your group or project owner role to add/remove collaborators.

Support & Service Levels

  • Availability: 99.9% uptime for standard storage.
  • Backups & Recovery: Snapshots and backups available; restore options vary by storage tier.

  • Response Times: Critical issues are prioritized immediately; standard requests are handled within business hours.
