Associate Professor Marina Vance and graduate student Julia Bakker-Arkema won first prize for their educational video “Indoor Particulate Matter and How to Limit Your Exposure” at the American Association of Aerosol Research (AAAR) 2019 Conference! 

Teaching assistant Tyler Kurtz took students in Professor Joe Ryan’s Environmental Sampling and Analysis class to a section of Boulder Creek next to East Campus to learn one of the techniques of stream discharge, or flow rate, measurement.

On June 8th 2019, Constien competed at the 2019 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Austin, TX and finished in 6th place for the steeplechase.
