Finding support during cold and flu seasonÌý
As we head deeper into fall, it is important to remember that cold and flu season is quickly approaching. Now is a great time to get your free flu shot on campus and take simple steps to stay healthy—like washing your hands regularly, getting enough sleep and eating nutritious foods. If you do start feeling under the weather, Medical Services is here to support you with care and resources to help you recover and get back to feeling your best.Ìý
Buffs, I am so grateful that I have been able to connect with many of you at campus events so far this fall. Your energy and spirit truly make our community special. As we continue through the semester, remember that it is okay to ask for help and lean on the resources available to you—whether you need support, a break or simply a way to connect with others.Ìý
Take time to enjoy the season, care for yourself and each other, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything.ÌýÌý
