The CU Student Government fall election is just around the corner, with voting starting Monday, Nov. 8. Students who vote through Buff Portal will receive discounts at Cosmos Pizza, Ozo’s Coffee and Ben & Jerry’s during election week. 

Honnold completed the first-ever ropeless ascent of Yosemite’s El Capitan. In his talk Monday night, he shared the elements required to accomplish this peak moment and how each of the challenges along the way led to his eventual success.

Student voting on campus increased a whopping 12.7 percentage points in last year’s presidential election, rising to 80.3% of eligible students in 2020 from 67.6% in 2016 and surpassing the university’s national peers.

For Boulder voters, on the ballot this election are items involving City Council seats, ��ɫ��Ƶ South, city rental occupancy limits, a marijuana tax to support education and more.

This week brings the Off-Campus Housing Fair, a Kitchen Table event for women of color, Cafecito & Chisme, community garden care, Halloween Drag Queen Bingo, BOOldering Night, a Monster Mash and more.

This weekend brings yoga and meditation for all, a “Halloween” screening, the Graveyard Grooves dance party, improv from Left Right Tim, Halloween Zumba, a CU Independent meeting and more.

Earlier this month, ��ɫ��Ƶ forestry crew members held a belated Arbor Day celebration––planting a sycamore, catalpa and chinkapin oak on campus in observance of the holiday.
