Chenshan Hu is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management in the Leeds School of Business at the ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ. Her research interests are in data-driven problems in platform operations, environmental sustainability, and healthcare operations. For methodologies, she focuses on causal inference and structural estimation. Chenshan Hu obtained her PhD in Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. She was the winner of the 2024 INFORMS BOM Best Working Paper Award.
