Biography

Frances Tice is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Leeds School of Business. Her research interests include corporate governance, executive compensation and incentives, financial reporting, and lobbying. She currently teaches Corporate Financial Reporting I.

Frances received a Ph.D. in Accounting as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University. She received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.
