- A brief history of CCAR, showcasing the successful growth of CCAR from a small team to a world-renowned center. This panel highlights the key research accomplishments and milestones achieved within the center. The panel is privileged to hear stories from CCAR alumni and faculty that have contributed to its success.

1:00-1:45 2025 Born Lecture - Shyam Bhaskaran, JPL
- Statistical Orbit Determination is one of the fundamental courses taught at CCAR, taken by almost all students going through the program, and developed by its founder, George Born. In this talk, I will discuss how this class led to a professional career navigating spacecraft in deep space, covering missions that span the breadth of the Solar System in the first quarter of the 21st century. Along the way, contributions by CCAR graduates that made these missions possible will also be highlighted.

- Panelists spanning a range of CCAR’s technical disciplines, highlighting novel, real-world applications or problems encountered during their careers. Panelists will relate an interesting technical challenge they have encountered, the unique problem they had to solve, and how their experience at CCAR may tie into that experience.

3:15-4:15 Alumni Career Highlights Panel
- CCAR graduates have had broad impact as technical leaders in government, industry, and academia over the past four decades – and this impact is only going to expand in the future. Panelists will outline their career arc beginning with their work at CCAR and highlighting some of the major projects or accomplishments that have been highlights of their careers. Panelists will consider how recent graduates and current students are likely to have opportunities to impact the aerospace industry in the future.
