Laboratories
The Environmental Engineering GraduateÌýprogram is located in the Sustainable Energy and Environmental Complex (SEEC), which was built in 2016 and provides office and research laboratory space for faculty and students.
Our facilities are available for environmental engineering research, including environmental microbiology, environmental chemistry, water quality, air quality, molecular biology, toxicology, and field ecology.

Application Fee Waivers
PhD program applicants who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents with an undergraduate GPA of 3.4+ and apply beforeÌýNovember 15, 2025 will have their application fee waived. This waiver is automatic for applicants who meet these criteria; no code is required.
