Use this link to access the fall 2025 proposal form. Please look at this example proposal prior to submitting. 

NOTE: Our proposal cycle structure has CHANGED!

There are no longer major/mini proposals!

We now have two proposal cycles--one in the Fall and one in the Spring--that are of very similar structure to the major proposal cycle, i.e., no funding cap or presentation requirement. Please review the RFP, submission dates (listed below or in the RFP), and the proposal base document for more information.

Responsibilities if Accepted

If accepted, you are expected to complete these two things.
Submit a progress report

This details what you have accomplished with the funds so far. If you haven’t used all your funds yet, please include a timeline for their usage. This report will be considered if you apply for future funding.

Attend the EEF Symposium

In April 2025, in the Engineering main lobby to showcase your work. Participants should come prepared. We encourage posters and other materials.
